right size replace in my Toyota sun visor

the sun visor on my toyota lost 2 screws which I tried to replace with ones I had but weren't exact, they kept falling out, so finally I decided to get the right kind. The Lowes employee suggested taking one out of the other shade to get the right size....well he helped me buy this one and it worked perfectly.
