There was nothing wrong with the product and the price was a good value but my tree was too large to fit the bag. Most Christmas trees are 3 pieces but mine is an older tree and only 2 pieces so I had to return the purchase.

Makes it easier to carry.
I liked that it came with two bags. I divided the tree between the two bags to make it easier to lift up to the garage storage racks. The bags seem durable and the handles make it easier to cary than the box the tree came in.

Barely big enough
I needed to use both bags to fit my 7.5 ft tree. It comes apart in 3 pieces. I needed to put 2 pieces in 1 bag and 1 medium piece in the other bag. Also had to squish it in quite a bit. And it's just a bag. Nothing more. No structure to it. The original box fell apart, so I guess we'll have to make it work until next year.
