The Aliena Ceiling curtain rod is exactly what we needed for our bathroom. We installed it on the ceiling to hang bathroom curtains on there so water from the tub/shower area would be contained. It gives it a nice long sleek look versus using the normal curtains on the wall that you typically see.

Well worth it

I used this item to hang curtains above my three 8 foot sliding doors that go out to my lanai. I used all four hanging brackets and made sure they were screwed into studs since I was hanging ten 54" X 96" curtain panels across all three of my doors. I was leary at first but I think it turned out great. This rod was by far my cheapest option. I had professional's giving me quotes upwards of $1,000.00 and I did the job myself for only a couple hundred.
