Remote issue
This is the third HB fan I have purchased and now the fan function is not working with the remote. I can hear the motor running but the fan will not work. No issues with the light. How do I resolve this?

ALL done by a One-Eyed Installer
Change out of old fan (light unit died); followed instructions, with a couple of "try the previous part" did not work. Asked my electrician (son), he said it looked good to go, for wiring, but didn't work (must have entire unit hooked up), added fitter plate & light plate to complete the circuit. Easy job, one blind guy 3 hours; two people could do in 30min -1h, if everything is setup and prepped beforehand, blades can be installed and one holds while other wires and screws into place. At least The customer service rep spoke English
Purchased two of these fans for bedrooms. After installing the second fan, the remote control failed to work. Reached out to the manufacturer, they told me they would do the courtesy of replacing my remote. The customer service rep was helpful but not very pleasant.
