It is a very nice fan with great lighting but it doesn’t put off as much air as we thought it would.

Remote will not communicate with the fixture. It is evident that the remove is “active” in that the indicator light shines red with each command. Yet, there is no response from the fixture. Both light and fan operate from on/off at the switch on the wall. The remote is in-operable.

Sounds like an old egg timer
Stay far away as possible from this fan. It is horrible. Comes out of the box completely unbalanced and noisy like an egg timer. I have tried for hours and hours to get the tiny blades balanced and the fan quiet. Nothing works! What a horrible product.
