Greenworks 24 -Volt, 5 Ah 1 -Pack Lithium Ion (Li-ion) Battery

Perfect compact battery

Bought this to replace the original battery for my trimmer and blower. It's compatible with the original charger and charges fairly quickly.

Battery and Customer Service

This battery gave me over 20 minutes of run time using Turbo 50% of the time. Unfortunately the battery fail prematurely. I store my batteries in a climate-controlled room. I never use a hot battery in a tool and always allow the battery to cool before charging.I did speak with a customer service representative by the name of Faye, she was able to send me out another battery. It does the job

It does the job, it is way easier to use electric over gas.

electric mower

this is an extra battery to extend the mowing time with our greenworks mower. Two batteries instead of just one.

Powerful.

As described. I have couple of 2A batteries that are very old and needed replacing. I used this 5A battery on my chainsaw for an hour yesterday trimming saplings. Put the battery on the charger and it topped off in less than a minute. Strong.

Not for the weed eater!

I have several of the Greenworks 24 volt tools. This battery was a good purchase for my collection to power these devices. I love the fact that has USB port to charge other items away from grid power. The down side to this is the fact that Greenworks has 2 different 24 volt batteries. This battery does NOT fit my weed eater!

WONDERFUL last long enough to finish my big yard

I love love love this thing!! The small battery that came with the edger always died before I finished the job. Now this 5.0ah lasts long enough to finish front and back yards. Yeahhh when using the smaller batter on the charger it takes about 1 hour to charge. This big boy takes about 2 hrs and 30 min to charge but worth every extra minute!!!

Love my greenworks product

Bought this as a Christmas gift. So I haven’t had the chance to see it tested. I however own other green works batteries and have no complaints. Bought these because more power time is needed now that there is a bigger yard to cut.
