I bought this unit and had problems starting it. I thought the issue was the very long chord I was using to get to the garden. Well it is not the distance. Its this crappy unit. They claiim to have a 4 year warranty. I have called for days and never had a live person pick up. I call when they open and when I go to lunch. No answer. The fiber Gasket is not replaceable.

I lost the fiber gasket while removing the blades to get vines off them and the gasket blew away in the wind and I could not find it. I had set it on my glove palm in the grass. I called the company and the gasket was not on the parts list and they wanted me to get a whole new blade assembly to replace it. Thing is, the blade assembly came in a package with the clamps and toggle pins. I doubt if they sent me new blade the gasket would be in the package. It would be, at best, a 50 cent part. I w...

Good unit and great customer service.

This cultivator has served me well for the past 3 years. It is not a rototiller. Taking it out of the box and assembling was okay. I did have to go back and read the directions after realizing the tines need to go together in the right order and orientation. It does what I bought it for - to loosen the soil and mix in compost in my garden each spring. I also have used it to till small areas. Its light weight makes it easy to use. Good for smaller areas

Get what you pay for.

I put this together with much excitement. Took it out back and tested it. Started right up no problem. That was the last time it ran. I went out the next day to use it and it would not start. I’m taking it back to the store.

Great little machine

Worked great in turning over my garden at the end of the season.
