I had the original model. It was great!!! It magically quit making my indoor chime ding. I replaced the whole indoor unit. It still wouldn't ding. I did all of the updates, etc. I finally decided that I needed to replace my faithful Nest Doorbell. Since I really liked the original one that had worked great for years. I stuck with Nest. Even though it is now called Google Nest. Well, that worked. The inside unit stared to chime when I would push the doorbell. However, the picture and sound qualit...

So far so good! The quality is great! I bought this so that way I can have recorded footage and it does it so well with the AI, I know when I get packages and I know when the packages get picked up. I can literally hear my neighbors conversations from across the street!

After 4 years, this Google Nest doorbell failed. It was a little challenging finding a wireless model. A Lowe's customer service assistant took a great deal of time to help, ultimately ordering it online in the store with the product shipped to our home.
