With the proper grid system the tiles fit nicely.I would have rated them a 5 star, but , if you have to cut the tiles to fit partial end areas is where you could run into a problem.they don’t tell you that you will have to buy special adapter edges that you have to glue on with super glue. They are requiring a little more measuring to make them fit into grids.be sure that you measure the way that the tile will fit into the opening after it is dropped in,not end to end.directions are not included...

2x2 ceiling tile

These tile are exceptional. If you have constant water leaks from ac units or water lines, these tiles are a big plus in keeping cost down. Never mind the fact they are easy to install when you have a crowded ceiling. No chipping
