What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the reliability and peace of mind these whole-house generators provide, with nearly all reporting seamless activation during outages and uninterrupted home power. Most highlight the quiet operation, ability to power entire homes, and weekly self-test function that reinforces readiness. Many describe it as a priceless investment, with some noting units lasting over 18 years and purchasing second units. Remote monitoring features are appreciated by several users. Overall, customers consider this a worthwhile, dependable solution for backup power security.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews. It's a nice Gen but I don't like the transfer switch. This gen will power up my whole house I didn't need the panel inside the the ATS junction box.

The mobile app is an excellent feature to monitor
I purchased my generator a year ago before the peak of Hurricane season in my area. Excellent peace-of-mind knowing that I no longer need to fill gas cans and set-up a portable generator.

Whole House Generator
The unit was in the house I purchased and was less than five years old. Between years six and eight years old I've had to replace control board and the starter along with expected batteries. Working in Municipal Government for thirty five years responsible for maintaining fifteen generators of varying sizes I feel this is a high degree of failure

Guerin Generator and generator are excellent
I purchased this generator about a month and half ago and we are so glad we purchased it.I has done its weekly run without any problems and we had a power outage and the generator came on and shut off without any problems when the power came back on

Unhappy
I bought this about two months ago. It broke down within 24-48 hours of installation then it took around 3 weeks to receive the replacement part. No one could give me an approximate timeframe of when the generator would be fixed

Always Ready
Extremely happy with my Generac. 2 days after the completion of the installation, we had a 17 hour power outage, and the Generac never skipped a beat. Easiest power outage we’ve experienced in the 20 years we have lived here.
