Had problems before even using it!

These ovens are just OK. There are no fancy features but I'm OK with that. They do have Wifi and as soon as I got the ovens installed I attempted to connect. It connected but said there was a software update. I said OK on the update and everything froze. The control panel froze solid. I tried everything, turning the breaker off and on several times. A repair man came and was able to reset. I'm definitely not going to try the wifi again. I do like that my cookie pans fit. (they didn't fit in my o...

An efficient and easy to use oven with ample capacity of our family of two. The App is useful but connecting it was more difficult than it should have been. The functionality is very good especially the warming function. The temperature remains constant where set although the warm up is a bit lengthy.
