Performance did not remain long enough

The unit looks amazing but I am upset I picked this over replacing my Samsung that worked forever with another Samsung. This drier worked correctly for long enough for me to decide I didn’t need an extended warranty. Then all you know what broke loose. It inconsistently dries so I have to add on time. Disappointing

I was so excited to get a brand new washer and dryer and had done research on what I wanted in a set. These products could not be more disappointing. We haven’t even had them a year and multiple issues with the dryer not heating or taking way too long to dry. I’m over it. Will never buy again.

Upgraded to GE Profile Series

We switched our Samsung washer and dryer to GE Profile series and are extremely happy with the performance and the build quality of these machines. We highly recommend upgrading to GE profile series.

Great experience purchasing our new washer & dryer

We purchased our new washer and dryer on 5/04/2026 at our local Riverview store. We were greeted by Michelle when we were initially browsing the day before. She told us about her experience with this particular washer/dryer. She was friendly and helpful. We came back in the next day and Dunkin helped us finalize that purchase. He was very helpful, friendly, honest and thorough.

Stopped working after 1 day

Dryer worked for one day and it has been over 3 weeks and we are still waiting for it to get fixed. Don’t understand why the dryer wouldn’t have been replaced, because this is a major inconvenience!

Absolute garbage

This is not a good product. It often fails to adequately dry clotes and has eaten buttons off of 8 button up shirts in about 5 months of ownership. If I could return it, I absolutely would. For as expensive as these machines are, there is no excuse for these flaws.
