What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the washer and dryer for exceptional cleaning power, innovative smart automation, and quiet operation. The automatic detergent dispensing system is called transformative, eliminating guesswork and simplifying routines. Large capacity easily handles king-size comforters and bulky loads. Users appreciate energy efficiency, intuitive controls, and the attractive sapphire blue finish. However, some report premature failures like control board malfunctions and leaks within 1-3 years, with frustration over support. Despite these concerns, most customers consider the machines worthwhile investments.

I bought this machine for a friend who has a small business renting cabins. Initially it was ok but now my friend has reported that first the water would not spin out and now she says it doesn't even turn on. I got the 5 year warranty for her and Lowes is doing everything they can to get out of honoring the warranty.. They require tons of receipts etc... I am not happy and I would not recommend this washer...

Awaiting a repair man.
The doors both open the wrong way. You have to take clothes from washer and put them in a basket to get around to open dryer door. Also washer keeps saying it's low on detergent and I just put a bunch in.

Great size and very efficient
I bought this a month ago and it’s a pleasure doing washing and drying- I did t think I’d ever say that. Large drum size, so we only do a wash once a week now.

NEEDS DIAPER
Nice unit especially you can fill detergent dispenser & not have to add for each load, which the Misses likes. the only problem that once & a while(it has been six loads prior to this no prob) it wets its self during the final rinse & spin cycles. I thought I had taken care of that by running the fresh vent cycle after every load & always waited till the machine shut that cycle off it self, as sometimes it would run the cycle again on it's own after it had run prior the cycle. This time even aft...

The smart front load washer that tackles massive loads and actually eliminates the mildew smell.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, huge thank you to GE Profile for sending this over in exchange for my thoughts. I have done a few loads in this already, and it is so easy to use. I tossed in big comforters, sheets, towels, dirty work clothes, and regular clothes. The console looks a little intimidating when you first look at it, but it is so simple. You have quick start buttons to pick your laundry type and go, or you can adjust every single setting to whatever yo...

Delivery notification awesome!
Several messages were sent to let me know where they were and what stop I was, which stop I would be (#3), along with a phone call. You can track your delivery and know exactly where they are and how far they are from your delivery. The delivery gentlemen were very nice to work with. Highly recommend!
Cleaner and brighter laundry!
We’ve had this machine for 2 weeks. Whites are noticeably whiter. Happy we got the large capacity also. Great buy!

We have had this a year
We had this set delivered over a year ago. The dryer came in dented. We took pictures, submitted to our local Lowe’s. We were told to use dryer until new dryer arrives. Weeks and months go by and we never received a new one. We left numerous messages to our local Lowe’s and no one ever called us back. So we’re stuck with a dented dryer.

Works but fails fast
We got this machine about a year ago. When we got the first one there was a drum issue so we had it returned and it took over a month for them to replace it. I had asked for them to take it back and I wanted a refund but they picked up only the stands and said they would be back for the appliances. A week went by and no call for the other pick up. When I called asking when they were picking them up, they said I couldn’t return it because we had if for over 4 days. I told them that they had told ...

A Front-Load Washer That Gets It Right,
I’m very happy with my GE Profile 5.3 cu. ft. Smart Front Load Washer. The large capacity is fantastic and easily handles bulky loads, bedding, and towels without feeling overcrowded. Stain removal has been effective even with grease. Clothes come out clean and fresh, and the washer is impressively quiet, even during the spin cycle. One of my favorite features is the UltraFresh Vent System+. Anyone who has owned a front-load washer knows that moisture and odors can be a concern, and this featur...
