Who in world designed this pile of junk? I thought I was buying a basic model with dials But noooo, it has electronic buttons you have to push to start the thing and hold in 3 seconds to stop it. If you let the lid up too long when unloading it, shut the lid, it starts filling up with water again to start a new wash. You have to stop and hold the button in for 3 seconds to shut it off. Worse washer EVER
This washer will only fill 7 inches deep of water! That is maximum!!! Even had a repairman come out to check the washer because I knew something had to be wrong. Nothing wrong with the washer he said. It passed all the requirements. He said they don’t make them to fill like they used to. I have had top loading GE washers that I have loved. A New Washer in 24 Hours!
I replaced the same washer that I had. The old one was locked and wouldn’t open. Lowe’s had the machine I needed. The sales person was professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and gave me the best deal. In thirty minutes I was in the checkout line. My washer was delivered the next day - a Sunday!

Get out of balance way too often
This replaced a very similar GE washer, I think is was GTW330 which we liked VERY much. We hoped that this newer model would operate basically the same. And for most part it is the same, but for 1 major problem. This model thinks it is out of balance a LOT, and we use exactly like we did the last one. 5th repair on a new machine bought 5 months ago
It had issues from the first use. The 1st repair was 12 days after purchase to replace beltdrive and control board, 1 month later the same repair. It's true do not buy this washer
This is to replace a maytag that was only 2.5 years old. Insurance would not repair it again and gave me a lowes gift card to fulfill the terms of the extended warrenty.
