Arrived damaged 3 times
Lowe’s manager told me they would not do anything. Ge said they would replace the control panel but would never send the part. Item arrived damaged. 3 different times!!! Still have a damaged item. Dented on the control panel each time. The matching washer is also not working now. Zero customer care. Zero warranty care. Junk machines. Don’t comment “reach out” I already did. Dozens of times.

Great Purchase!
I've owned an LG and Samsung front-load set over the past 6 years, needless to say I have been very disappointed with both. We purchased the GE set and over the past 4 weeks we have been very happy with the GE's performance, capacity of the dryer, and the easy features it displays for use. It also sits a little higher on the pedestal which make it easier for us to remove the clothes from the dryer without having to bend down and reach into the back of the drum! So far, so good!!

While this set looks sleek and functional, it is not! Our old washer broke and we thought it was time to get a new set to be more efficient, boy were we wrong! The washer was leaking below the door on the first load! And it wasn’t even a heavy load! The Wrinkle care setting on the dryer does the exact opposite!
