Disappointed

Just had this oven installed last week and I haven't even used it yet. Installer briefly mentioned running for 30 minutes before first use to burn off the smell??? There is no instruction manual with the unit so I need to contact GE to send me one. Quite unhappy with the racks. My previous GE oven had 3 gray/black racks that were very heavy duty and one was a rolling rack that I used 99% of the time. This oven only comes with 2 and they are silver and look and feel cheap. Electronic issues create a non-working oven

Not impressed, like old model better. This one gives an error message that the door is not closed (but it is), and I've done the reset and it worked a few times, but now that doesn't work leaving the new oven worthless

where's my rebate

oven is good but i submitted forms for my rebate in july then was told i need more information then was told august 1 rebate had ended

Check carefully on delivery and prior to install.

Delivered and Installed all banged up. Installer informed Lowe's about it and left. Lowe's called within few minutes and offered $100 discount. We declined as it was too small an amount for the damage. We opted for a replacement... still pending

Looks nice, performs poorly

This cooktop is extremely unstable and unreliable. Some burners cook much faster than others, and the burners frequently turn off at random despite induction cookware being used. The cooktop looks very nice, but performs poorly, not what should be the case with a Profile appliance.
