Very nice product (AR500)! My 13 year old stamped/colored concrete pool patio was very faded and now brought back to a near brand new look, high gloss and color. The team was very informative, helpful and provided a sample to me ahead of time to test out in a small area and ease my mind before i moved forward.

Easy to apply and absolutely amazing results!!
Bought this to reseal our pavers and they turned out great. Sprayed it on with your typical cheapo pump sprayer ( it will clog after awhile, making the sprayer not reusable.) and then evened it out with a regular paint roller with an extension. The results were amazing. Only did one coat for now to see how it holds up in the Las Vegas heat, but as of now im extremely satisfied.

Finally have the Wet Look I've been wanting
Not normally a reviewer, but the quality of the Foundation Armor AR500 on my 25+ year old stamped concrete patio demands it. I have used multiple products with "Eehhh" results. Found Foundation Armor online thankfully, and what a complete difference ! Finally have the wet look I've been trying to achieve. Used the 700 voc which covered perfectly with no issues. If wet look is what your looking for, you have found it. Great company, shipped 5gal size quickly, and was packaged perfectly.

My patio is over eighteen years old. It was starting to look dull and faded and the prior sealer used just wasn't keeping luster and/or longevity. Overall, it had a very poor appearance. Excellent Features !!
My concrete deck has a broom finish but was extremely slippery when wet. About a month ago I applied AR500 and fine grit. Used the seed spreader and rolled on the AR500. Not only does it look awesome; it is not slippery at all - even when wet and my dogs burst out the door! Extremely happy and will buy this product again.

Ar500 slip additive, color additive
I used Ar500 plus the fine slip additive. Extremely happy with both. It went on easy. I used a roller & put the non slip additive in the roller tray. Dried quickly and it looks impressive. I used it on my paver walkway & my stamped concrete pool deck. I couldn't be happier!!!! I did alot of research and I came up with Armor. Plus they answer the phone when you call.
