Just like the two bags of Sakrete Top n Bond purchased from the same store at the same time. This bag was likewise. Absolute garbage and riddled with medium to large chunks. Created by moisture contamination. Proceed with caution and pick your own material when dealing with Lowe's. You should never sell or purchase a bag of trowel grade dry goods that show any signs of hardening. Perhaps someone at Lowe's should teach their associates this.

Time will tell

Curbside pickup is so convenient for products like this. My steps are all resurfaced. I’m withholding judgment on if it was worth the effort until spring - only time will tell if this will stop the steps from falling apart during winter’s freeze thaw marathon.

Clumps of hard concrete in EVERY BAG!

Product is ok but there are hard pieces of concrete in EVERY SINGLE BAG we got. Made mixing and application extremely difficult. Product would be great except we had to sift through all the bags before mixing - increasing the amount of time to complete the job. Chatted with customer service and they were not helpful - wanting us to return the bags (that we had used) to the store.

Product was bad out of the bag!

I did quite a bit of research before choosing this product. There were a number of problems that cascaded. 1) Probably 30% of the bag consisted of large hard clumps. I pulled the largest of them out thinking the power mixer would break up the smaller ones. WRONG. 2) It took 3-4 times the water to get a mud consistency that would even come out of the bucket when the bucket was turned upside down. This may have been caused by the delay caused by the massive clumps that I ended up pulling ...

Great Product!

This product was used to level a concrete stoop. After I installed a new front door the door was higher than the original. I didn't want water to go under the Threshold and this concrete once mixed self leveled and I had time to force it under the threshold. It came out beautiful.
