Fits over 2" Cast Iron HUB
I am reviewing the so called 4" Fernco CAP. This cap fits over nominal 4" DWV but I bought it to fit over the antique style of cast iron sewer pipe nominal size 2" which is really 4" outside diameter. Remember most so called sizes in building materials ARE NOT ACCURATE. e.g. a so called 2x4 lumber wall stud IS NOT 2 inches by 4 inches. etc..
It solved the problem of missing caps
It fits perfectly to my existing pipe, excellent material .
