Great product, but missed a part.
The product was exactly what I expected, except it was missing a part. I attempted to call and email the manufacturer but the email address on the manual was invalid and the phone number was incorrect. I was missing the middle bar to hang my cloths, so I went to the store and purchased a wooden bar as a replacement.

When assembly was done the holes and board were not aligning. Also for what Im paying its cheap wood does crack if your not careful.

I would not buy this again it’s impossible to put
Parts are not marked and no directions were included in the box almost impossible to try to put it together. We have been working on it for a week and a half half already.

Delivery to a rear door behind the house use alittle common sense if you see a handicap ramp an a patio put it there for easy access not to have it put in a pickup to move it to the front door so we could get it in the house!!
