The product arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. Once unpacked the overall product was shipped in a well designed box with sectioned off storage compartments to reduce potential damage, some items were even wrapped in an additional sock. All items in the packaging are heavy duty and the fittings are made of metal instead of plastic which should reduce the potential for future leaks. The finish of the devices look to be of good quality especially for the price. I chose this product a...

Not really worth it.

I ordered this under the assumption that it was plug and play. Simply unscrewing the existent one and replacing it with this one. Not the case. Must go into the wall and remove the old stem and replace it with this one. You now need a plumber which will cost more than the product. Several pipe interconnections involved as well as screwing or bolting it into an adequate space. It is a heavy, solidly well built shower tower. Great for new construction homes or those willing to pay for installation...
