this washer has never worked! it was delivered on Christmas eve. I bought the extra parts so they would install they dropped the washer off and didnt install because "they couldnt remove the old washer, due to the cabinetry next to the washer" so they left the washer in the front of the business. I paid someone else to come out and install the washer, they were able to remove the old one with out taking any cabinetry down. The first time my staff used it the machine was BROKEN, making awful nois...

No good

Thai machine is VERY VERY VERY loud on the spin cycles. On top of the dryer connection keeps falling out. Horrible. Save your money..

Dryer never worked. Support did not resolve

We bought this and didn't use it until we had tenants move in. The dryer drum has never worked. There is a sound of loose bearings and it doesn't push hot air. When we tried to have this fixed/replaced we were told it was outside of the 1 year warranty window even though it didn't get used for the year prior. Extremely disappointed that you spend thousands on a washer and dryer and it doesn't work from the beginning.

BEWARE

If looking to stack this, it does not come with a stacking kit as it is apparently out of stock. It is ridiculous that lowes even sold this to me. The website even says it comes with the stacking kit included. Upon delivery it was included and then it was sold out.

Still waiting for repairs of brand new units

Stacked washer dryer delivered 4 weeks ago, Dryer is very noisy as the drum turns. A horrific drumming noise while turning, vibrating both units and thru out the house, wow, Warranty technician here last week, parts on order. Washer, very loud buzz during the start of the spin cycle, Technician said its due to the water pump being empty until it fills with water?? Not pleased, 4 weeks now, dryer not operational, washer is a noisy unit, far too loud for within our kitchen. So, waiting to see af...

They made it right

I had issues with the all in one unit I first purchased, and then with this dryer. I left a negative review on the all in one unit because I was frustrated. But now they are replacing the defective dryer, and I cannot change the original review so I'm writing this new one. It really is a cool unit and the size is perfect for the space I have. The company stands behind their products and warranties. Also, their representative, Sharon, has been extremely helpful.
