By far, this is my favorite wood glue. Bonds wood better than others I've tried. The color when dry is significantly lighter than Titebond III (which is my second choice for wood glue). I'm just disappointed that Lowe's and others have flooded their shelves with that cheaper Gorilla brand glue. I would genuinely like to know why this outstanding product has become so difficult to find in "big-box" hardware stores.

Why does Lowe's not sell this in store? Elmer's Max is by far the best wood glue I've used. I won't buy that monkey glue that Lowes's keeps pushing.
