Hi... thanks for reaching out, we haven't had a chance to actually use the snow blower as yet... no snow!! However, we have been in touch and you are to be sending us something which will fix the problem of the leaver which controls the shoot for the snow. It is so tight we can hardly move it. We haven't received it yet, perhaps you could check on that for us.... Thanks....

Solid quality

No snow yet but the build is good quality material and feels very ergonomic. Controls are easy to use. I love the variable speed auger control.

powerful, but need several batteries

This is as powerful, or more so, than my old Troy-Bilt. The only issue is that the batteries get very hot, and so they can't be charged immediately after draining. If you have a big driveway, it's best to consider having four batteries available. (Using only one battery, I've found, is worse than half of two; one battery only gets me about a third of the use compared to batteries simultaneously.)

I had to return my leaf blower to buy a more expensive one because the batteries were NOT interchangeable. I don't appreciate false advertising!!

Are the 5ah batteries compatible with any of the snow blowers? I bought EGO because the box said, "all batteries work with all machines"
