No hardware
As with many others, we also didn't receive the hardware. We had already paid contractors to install the item, so this caused significant cost and delays. Lowes won't send replacement hardware either, so good luck if this happens to you.

I ordered in the store. Promised delivery 8/8. Delivered 8/15. Had to involve store manager to get it delivered. Not a smooth operation.

Missing hardware
My order arrived on Friday and installation service I hired arrived on Saturday to install it. Come to find our that all the hardware was missing (handle and hinges). Lowe's said we will have the parts in 24 hours, we will see.

Shattered on installation
We have a licensed seasoned contractor doing our work. He's never seen anything like it. Good luck calling the number they lost as customer service. Office is always closed .

With Lowe's nobody knows.
Had this item shipped to the store. I'm sure its a great product but I guess it ships in multiple packages. Lowes sent me a message that my item was ready for pickup. I drive an hour to pick it up and then drive an hour home to find out it wasn't the complete order (maybe my fault for not unboxing at the store). Customer service said that it is the only box for the item. The rest is lost somewhere and now I have to do yet another return. And drive it back to the store. THANKS LOWES!
