Disappointed in Lowe’s
We paid full price for a frameless shower door and the one we received was one that had been opened and used. It was taken apart and put back in the box with key pieces missing. the hardware was bagged up and taped, and obviously had been opened and used. Very disappointing that Lowe’s would send us such a defective product, especially as much business as we provided to them. I will be looking elsewhere for products in the future, and I suggest you do too . We had installers at our home ready...

Distorted colors, difficult installation
As others have noted, the box arrived as if baboons had handled it. I have no idea why they use that shipper. Also as others have noted, the color of the frame is not brushed nickel, and it does not match the handle, which is brushed nickel. The frame is sort of pink. The screw caps that hold the frame adjustment piece are chrome and do not match the pink frame or brushed nickel handle. Ditto on the chrome rollers.
