MY SHOWER DOOR THAT WAS DELIVERED LOOKED LIKE IT HAD FALLEN OFF THE TRUCK AND DRIVEN OVER. THE BOX HAD BEEN TORN OPEN IN SEVERAL PLACES, RETAPED. IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS GETTING SOMEONES ELSES RETURN. PIECES WERE LOOSE INSIDE THE BOX. HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR A NEW ONE AND IT IS DELAYING THE REMODELING OF MY BATHROOM. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY WERE SENDING ME AND WHAT I HAD PAID FOR. Great product and reasonable cost
It’s manufactured well and fits perfectly, however the box this sliding door arrived in was completely falling apart. Just to ensure that all the parts/frame/glass wasn’t broken or missing, I had to open it entirely prior to the Lowe’s delivery team leaving. I dodged a bullet and the door wasn’t damaged. I would suggest better precautions..

Was supposed to be a center drain - the drain was centered length ways but 4" off on width ways. Be sure to read the information (it's only the base and doors - no walls. It's for tile walls) Returned it.
