MY SHOWER DOOR THAT WAS DELIVERED LOOKED LIKE IT HAD FALLEN OFF THE TRUCK AND DRIVEN OVER. THE BOX HAD BEEN TORN OPEN IN SEVERAL PLACES, RETAPED. IT LOOKED LIKE I WAS GETTING SOMEONES ELSES RETURN. PIECES WERE LOOSE INSIDE THE BOX. HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR A NEW ONE AND IT IS DELAYING THE REMODELING OF MY BATHROOM. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY WERE SENDING ME AND WHAT I HAD PAID FOR. THEY EVEN HAD DELEIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE. HAVING SECOND THOUGHT S ABOUT ANY ADDITIONAL PURCHASE FROM LOW...

Don’t count on getting the right product
It took two weeks to get when it said it would be ready in three days. Was shipped to store with the box in pieces and beat up. Ordered the smoked glass. Paid more for the smoked glass. Received the clear glass. Not happy at all.

Love the tint
This door arrived 2 days earlier than expected. They unboxed it for me so I could check the glass. It was packed very well. The tint really takes it up a notch.

Great product and reasonable cost
It’s manufactured well and fits perfectly, however the box this sliding door arrived in was completely falling apart. Just to ensure that all the parts/frame/glass wasn’t broken or missing, I had to open it entirely prior to the Lowe’s delivery team leaving. I dodged a bullet and the door wasn’t damaged. I would suggest better precautions..
