I used Coffee Brown to darken up my original acid stain application of Desert Amber. In all, I'm satisfied with the project

My first attempt at acid staining.

Would Recommend

The project turned out well but the amber was heavier in yellow than I anticipated. I mixed with a brown tone stain to attain the desired color. The surface prep products are also recommended and cleaned up the surface well.

no good

Would Not Recommend

I did everything I was supposed to do according to the instructions. I put on one coat and maybe 5% coverage. I called the help desk and they didn't know what happened. Applied second coat and nothing. A very dis appointing result. I can't believe Lowes sells this stuff.

The EverStain product does an amazing job at staining concrete. I used it for a concrete countertop and the resulting color is just what I wanted, but it is important to follow all the steps in the How to Guide. Great product.
