This stuff smelled so bad as it dried I ended up removing it and going a zero voc route instead. Don't buy if you have chemical sensitivity.

Great DIY product.

I’m building a 900 square-foot cabin with a concrete floor and I needed something to make the concrete look nicer and something to seal it up. I like that it’s water-based. It’s easy to clean up and it’s non-volatile. The color choices that are out. There are really good. I would say that when you try to blend two or three different colors the key is less is more. This is obviously a great floor seal, but I was even more impressed with the company reaching out to me to ask if I had questions or needed help and giving their support teams phone number. Very nice customer service!

I have used this product in the past and enjoyed its ease in application, mild odor, and quick dry time. it does not yellow over the 2 years it has been on my floor. My only issue is that it has more of a gloss sheen not matt. I used this product on my painted interior floors.

Great Product for Concrete Sealing

This was very easy to apply and only took 2 coats. It left a shiny, but not super shiny finish. I loved that it’s lower VOC and not harmful to our kids who will be walking on it barefoot.

Easy to use

Pros: Easy to apply: Easy cleanup; No smell; Quick drying. Cons: Not as glossy as a solvent sealer; Doesn't deepen the color and give that wet look like a solvent sealer.
