Got this today
I purchased this today . I have to be honest with you. I had used a competitors product for years. When I needed to ask to handle a warranty issue I was treated like I was a con man. I had 2 times that I had a gasket go bad, causing a small drip. The situation was handled immediately with kindness and eagerness to make the issue go away and quick! Delta's customer service along with a superior product makes buying Delta an obvious and only choice when need arrises.

Replacement Shower Head and Wand
We've been looking at this shower head for a while, and ordered a couple weeks ago. It was shipped quicker than expected :) and we installed it according to the directions. This week it has started dripping water consistently (not just because it was draining normally) out of the shower head or wand that is switched off (either we are using the shower head only, or the wand only). It's becoming more consistent as time goes by. Disappointed in the product.
