So i have it all installed and the light works, then it goes out. I reach underneath, move the solenoid or the clip that goes on valve and it comes back on. Touch faucet and works, then touch again, light out again. nothing. I go under sink, move solenoid or clip again, its back on. Keeps repeating the cycle like there is a short somewhere in the solenoid.

Love this faucet!
Bought/installed a year ago in stainless steel. Cleanup is super easy, just a wipe down once a week. No issue with water spots. Love the touch on/off feature and it has spoiled me. Temperature sensor is great. I haven't had to change out the batteries yet. Is one of my favorite upgrades in kitch.
touch faucet
Bought in Oct of 25, has worked great! Love it. BUT now the touch part does not work every time. The light comes on but not the water, sometimes you have to turn it off and back on with the handle for it to start working again. Looked at all the paperwork but can't find a trouble shooting page. The batteries are new, all the wiring is where it is supposed to be. I do not want to replace it but I want it to work as it is supposed to.

This faucet has been trouble from the time we installed it. This is a great idea in theory, but the sensors never work properly and the side knob is very loose and now falls off. The side knob being loose also affects the water pressure because it doesn’t accurately reflect the pressure when it’s turned and seems to keep the pressure low instead of allowing you to turn it up. Took a step and it worked out
Just got this installed today. I have to say I already love it. This faucet is taller than my old one and that makes it the first plus. I have a divided sink and with my old faucet it was hard to wash large, tall items but this is going to be fantastic for that. The pull down sprayer has four different spray options but I am going to the the guarded spray option that will have an intense straight spray in the center with a cone ring of water around it that really helps keep the water from splash...

Must have faucet on when touching
I was not familiar with touch faucets. I thought that we could use the faucet normally and install batteries if we wanted to use the touch feature. That is not the case. You must have batteries installed for the faucet to work at all. The faucet must be in an open position, then you touch the handle or the stem and the water turns on.
