Replaced same model that was 16 years old. Noticed some changes. Water comes out noisier. Replaced braided stainless steel hose with a rubber one. I hope it holds up as well as the previous one. The brushed nickel finish looks almost like stainless steel.

Easy to use and high quality. Plumber installing had to go get an extra part ($). The only thing we don't love is that the extended nozzle needs a real push to get back in the faucet.

Ok for a while, but doesn't last
Started out ok, but over time it didn't age well. The cartridge needs replaced repeatedly and only lasts maybe a year before it starts leaking again. The finish (as you can see in the photos) didn't last at all on the venetian bronze finish. The connection to the pull down sprayer is rusting.

Excellent Kitchen Faucet
This faucet is perfect for the kitchen with a height clearance big enough to fill any large pot. With the spigot pull sprayer it gives you the flexibility rinse odd shaped items.

Started dripping within months
Had a plumber purchase and install this faucet. It was ok for a few months and then started dripping. After reading some of these reviews I’m thinking I need to replace the cartridge, but I kept thinking it was too soon. I should still be under warranty but the plumber disposed of the packaging. Is there anywhere else to find this information?
