It works perfectly and the tap is so convenient, especially during cooking/baking when your hands are dirty. I did turn off the sensor touchless, even though it is really nice it can be annoying sometimes when it keeps cutting off the water while washing dishes. I'm glad that you can turn that function on and off and even change the sensitivity.

An expensive waste and poorly designed to boot
We are so disappointed in this faucet. The design wasn't well considered - the sensor to turn the water off and on should not have been incorporated into the pulldown sprayer. If I'm using the sink to wash dishes and then reach for the sprayer, the water shuts off. The batteries are also really inconvenient - they actually burn through much faster than one would expect, and then you find yourself pulling everyone out from under your sink to replace batteries. Both of those things I could get pas...
