Missing parts
Bought (8) boxes of the Decorators brand Grab and Go deck rail kit. When I opened them- many boxes were missing the brackets. I called customer service- they sent me to Decorators- Decorators said they needed info from Lowes. Called Lowes back- they had me call the store that filled the order. Wrong store- they had me call another store. On hold for 10 minutes. How do these people stay in business? I need 15 brackets- that's it!!

Read what it says 6ft by 36in. False advertising the rails are 68in not 72in you people cost me a lot of extra money and headache because you advertise it as one size but it’s 4 in shorter
