Great measuring tape

Great measuring tape. I have had a lot of tapes and this one tops them all. The housing is super heavy duty and the action is extremely smooth. I really like the locking function, as it’s much better than others tapes. The bright numbers and graduations make it incredibly easy to read and use. Great tape!!!

The tape measure I didn’t know I needed…

A friend of mine told me about these tape measures and to be honest I was perfectly happy with my Kobalt one. But I really underestimated the value of the Nite Eye luminescent feature. Not only does the tape measure look great but the build quality and grip were just perfect. The markings are clean and crisp. If you haven’t bought a new tape measure recently, I’d highly recommend the Shockforce Nite Eye G1.

Great for low light settings.

This tape measure is great for any project. But it's especially nice when working in low light settings. The bright yellow/green against the flat black background really makes the marking pop. Very durable and not afraid to just toss it into the toolbox.

Very Nice With A High Quality Feel

I was needing a new tape measure and was able to snag this new tape measure from Crescent-Luftkin in time to install new baseboard on a brand new hard wood floor. This tape measure is a 26 foot/8 meter tape which has a black tape with green lettering. (A first for me.) The cover states it has a 16 foot reach with a 6” blade barrier. High Quality Tape In Keeping with Lufkin Standards

I'm not sure when Crescent came to own Lufkin, but having owned several high-quality Lufkin tapes before, I was a little worried that the quality might have gone out the window. Nice Tape Measure!

I like this tape measure! I've owned quite a few of these things in my lifetime which includes every design imaginable. What stands out to me immediately is the black background of the tape itself. First one like this ever that i've owned. I love it! The typical yellow back ground is fine but the high contrast of the black ground is easier on my older eyes. Makes it much easier to read. Eye Catcher

Heavy duty case with reinforcements, new better belt hook, drilled hole for tying a lanyard, green on matte black coloring.....all good features. Even though the coloring is called nite eye, the matte finish makes it easier to read during the middle of the day in bright sunlight, no more glare off of the tape. Will be my new go-to tape

Definitely the best tape measure I own yet. First thing I noticed was the weight and perceived durability. 15.9 oz. Feels strong . The night eye lives up to its name. At first I was thrown off by the different coloring. But after trying it in low light, it seems to make a difference. Love the scale on the bottom of the tape.
