Buyer Beware! Door displayed isnt the door you get
The door displayed is not the door you get. All the hardware on the door is provided in a paper bag, but it is up to you to install it unless you pay $3000 above the list price

Creative Entryways doesn't care
Can't believe this company shipped and packaged a front door with this much defects. I purchased this door and had Lowes install it. On day of installation, the installer called me and let me know the door has some problems. It took him ~ an hour to unwrap the door just to find out the Creative Entryways team shipped a door that looks like it was reclaimed wood. Bad finish, and defects the size of golf balls. Lowes did nothing wrong. Installer did nothing wrong, but CE sucks as a manufacturer.

I should have read the reviews, this was a horrible purchase, material is really cheap, and it looks terrible. You'd be better off making a door yourself
