What a hassle! Get your systems in order!
1. Lowes system can't distinguish when a 3rd party seller in their system ships a single order with two tracking codes (2 packages for 1 order). It only shows one of two tracking codes, one of which was successfully delivered. So Lowes thinks the entire order was successfully delivered when it wasn't. 2. FedEx lost the 2nd package.
