Would be nice if it was stocked in store
I ordered this product online as it was not stocked in my local location. Overall it gets the job done, but since it was an order and I couldn't pick through the pile I got several boards that were warped or had marks on them from the banding, etc. The sort of stuff that you see anytime you are picking up boards from a pile in a store so it wasn't totally unexpected, however I am using this to trim a beam and wanted the nicest I could get and since I couldn't pick through a pile I got "Just OK...

Measurements are accurate and I love that it’s primed. Used this for door casing.
