Love this grill! The coals move up or down with ease! The first grill we got had a dented hood so we had to return to store to get a new one. Exchange was very easy

Good grill. Problem with delivery.
I ordered the grill for delivery in its box (or at least I thought I did) because I wanted to spend time with my son assembling the grill. However, it was delivered assembled. Also, a screw needed to hold one the side shelves in place was missing, and the front edge of the lowest metal platform/shelf was bent, seemingly kicked. I suspect that a floor model was delivered. Otherwise, we grilled some good steaks after seasoning the grill.
