Installation took a lot longer than advertised
Delivered ahead of schedule to local Lowe’s for pickups which saved $79 shipping costs. Installation was more difficult than advertised. Upper and lower tracks did not fit into roller housing and self tapping screws would not penetrate the threshold requiring pre drilling the holes for the lower track. Written instructions did not cover these problems and gave no advice for cutting the tracks or drilling the threshold.

Just OK
Love the principal, but this ones does not work well. We have neighbors who had a different one installed and it worked great! This one is just ok. It does not retract well at all.

New retractable screen door
Received a phone call after ordering asking if we wanted the company to custom cut. Would definitely have them do that. Just make sure to measure carefully. With 2 people not difficult to install. Make sure you have a tape measure, level, and a power screwdriver. The door looks nice. Very happy with the purchase.

Barely noticeable screen
For it being a big door, it opens and closely easily. Love it for cool mornings and days with nice breezes, magnet along entire screen keeps it closed. Make sure to just put a door stop on your door so your door doesn’t slam close which will then make the screen door come undone.

You need a saw to cut this to size
Door arrived with a broken handle. Probably a shipping problem but it was not wrapped very well from mfg.
