I think this is a great range, however I will never get another product from Lowe’s. Bought the Cafe (luxury brand, supposedly) and paid for installation. The delivery went fine, they installed the range improperly as it needed to be converted to LP gas, and it came with a conversion kit, but after installing it incorrectly Lowe’s is not willing to send a proper installers to get it hooked up correctly. Never again dealing with Lowe’s!!!!

Absolute junk!
Bottom over takes 30-40 minutes to preheat, has very uneven temperature, bakes bread poorly. Cast iron grates and burner caps stain easily.. Service is TERRIBLE. We made a warranty claim on the oven. Bodewell made one visit, said we had to have the gas lines checked to verify correct pressure. We did that ($200 out of pocket, and of course the gas pressure was spot on) then Bodewell ghosted us, never returned, warranty expired, Cafe customer service said too bad, got to start over, the clock ran...

Despite purchasing a new range + hookup fees for a total of $4300., I remain without a working cooking unit for 21 days. Two teams were dispatched and complete incompetence followed. Is anyone at Lowe’s responsible to follow-up with customer purchases?

Bakes unevenly
This is my 2nd purchase of this type of oven. I bought a new home and replaced what was there with this one because I liked my 1st one so much. I am extremely disappointed in what I got. Neither oven heats/cooks evenly. Without frequent turning, anything I bake will be 1/2 overcooked/burnt and 1/2 undercooked/raw. To say I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. Would not recommend a this appliance with a gas-oven to anyone, the dual fuel ranges do not have this issue.

I purchased this range in Jan 2019 because of the following features: 6 burners on top, double oven with one being convection and the connectivity with the microwave. The first unit I received was damaged and we had to wait 2 more weeks for a new one. Salesman said Wifi was optional (I wanted all stainless, no black metal surfaces and no technology needed stove). He lied.
