Still not working properly
It's been worked on 4 times and replaced once and still has the left top burner that works intermittently. Now I haven't heard from repair. I emailed the store 3 weeks ago and he said he turned it into a rep. ????

High Quality an Price, Poor support
We purchased and installed this cooktop in our new home and was very pleased with it's overall appearance compared to many of the High End Appliances in the market. We bought 4 CAFE appliances for out new home and insisted on the GE CAFE brand. After installing and using the Cooktop for 3 months, the control panel is experiencing intermittent operational issues. CAFE' is a high Quality Brand and the cook to we had installed in our new home was fantastic. The problems come when you try to get service on the brand new products. We had a minor issue with one of 4 appliances we bought for our new home., We call and created a case and found that GE(the Brand Manufacturer), has distanced themselves from the CAFE brand service by hiring another company to service the brand. Needs improvement
There is too much of a delay in the heat up and cool down time for the burners. Responsiveness is slow. The timer alarm volume is so low you can’t tell when it goes off. Economics for controls could be improved by spacing out the controls a little more

This is a great cook top. It heats up quickly. Down sides, I have not determined how to operate from my phone I could not find good suggestions on cleaning the surface. I have some stains I have not been able to remove.

Falls Short of Previous Cooktop
Not as functional as the 16-year-old cooktop it replaced. The controls are hard to see, but the bigger issue is performance. The large center burner takes over 50 minutes to boil 16 cups of water.

Constantly turns itself off!
I dislike this stove top very much because random burners constantly turn off while I'm trying to cook. Would not recommend or buy again.

Temperature adjustments
Good looking cooktop and cleans up really nice. Only problem that I have is the ability to adjust temperatures. I have to adjust using my finger tip which then blocks the red temperature lines. This makes it difficult to get it where I want it without having to try several times.
