I will echo others here with the awful buying experience. I ordered this fridge (before reading the reviews), within hours my shipment was fulfilled and promptly canceled. I called 3 times and went into a store to cancel my order but was told they couldn't and was told the manufacture canceled my shipment due to no stock. dimensions and lighting issues
dimensions are questionable and where's the light? the delivery boys were great but they had a very hard time getting the frig into the hole - not our fault - the prescribed dimensions of the box are a smidge too big! they were able to get it in, but just barely. BUT: what the h - for a measly $2 part, why couldn't the mfr put in a switch to allow you to have a light on when you open the door? why on earth would you keep a light on 24/7 in a frig?? No, i really don't need to portary my soda...

HORRIBLE Experience - and it's not even over!
This item was lost during delivery. I checked tracking after I was supposed to receive this item and neither Lowes or FedEx could tell me where it was. So I canceled the order several days after calling and waiting for it to "maybe" show up.....or so I was told. BEWARE, Horrible Experience
I had to order this fridge TWICE, a month between items. BOTH times, the label was printed with a tracking number for fedex at the Jarupa Valley, CA warehouse however, the item was never picked up/given to fedex as tracking said item was not in their possession. Either someone is horrible at their job at this warehouse or , there is theft going on at the warehouse or with fedex. Twice in a row can't be coincidence.

Solid unit with a few design flaws...
I recently installed this unit and am quite pleased with it. Time will tell in terms of quality and whether this unit will be problem-free. It is replacing a Frigidaire Gallery unit that was unreliable and had an issue with ice buildup. The two design flaws would be VERY simple for Ca'Lefort to remedy. First, in my use case, this unit is in-cabinet. The power outlet is directly behind the refrigerator as expected. The power plug on this unit, however, does not have a RIGHT ANGLE to it. Therefore...

Looks great - kinda loud
Just received, the unit looks nice and seems well built. The lighting is pretty poor and is either always on, or always off. The lights should turn off when shutting the door and turn on when opening - pretty annoying.
Don't have FedEx deliver!!!
Easy to irder on line, product was as advertised, love beverage cooker. Drlivery by FedEx was bad, they left it outside garage doors, didn't ring doorbell to let me know it was delivered, I happened to look outside and see it sitting in driveway, then got notice of delivery. Side with picture of beverage cooler inside package was turned to street, anyone could have stolen it before i got notice of delivery.BAD BAD
