Works great for what I needed.Makes trimming branches much easier

Cuts clean

It's a little slow cutting through some branches but has cut everything I've used it on. The battery lasted an afternoon of trimming branches but it would be nice to have an auto oiler.

it does work rather well. I can do my topping of trees, without using a ladder.

Good homeowner unit for the price

Price was good. The unit does its job on smaller limbs. Has a kickback sometimes because of the power difference between cordless and gas. It doesn’t always bite and cut when you hit the limb. Once you get the hang of it the unit does a good job on small jobs. Homeowner usage is what it’s for. Trimming once a year is ok which is what I was looking for. Great buy for a battery operated pole saw.

I was looking for a pole saw and the price for the Craftsman was a great deal. I was able to order it online and pick it up in store. I used it today for pruning some trees and it worked perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
