Poor Packaging

I ordered 3 of these cabinets. All three were damaged. In each box, all but 1 or 2 panels were bent, scratched or dented. Buyer beware: if you order a product online the product may come from a different location than you think based on what store you ordered from. Arrived Damaged Box and Cabinet Pieces

Honestly it’s pathetic that the cabinet cannot be manufactured and shipped without arriving damaged. And not just a scratch or ding. This is just one piece that was damaged. Other pieces were bent, scratched etc.

Great shop storage!

We bought 3 of these units a couple years ago so when they announced a temporary price reduction this month we bought 4 more. They are sturdy and the dust of farm country doesn't get in!

Missing parts

I ordered casters (wheels) for the bottom of cabinet. I did not receive them as the original ones were taken back with original cabinet. Further the inside of cabinet has foot prints on the inside back wall which would account for the dents in cabinet. The delivery driver ran away as soon as I tried to address my concerns saying call the store. No speak English.

Horrible product and service

Not one to leave reviews. I waited 30 minutes for someone to bring the cabinet out, and it looked like they had stabbed it several times with a forklift. I didn't see any exposed packaging so thought it might be ok. Got it home, unpacked it and two of the panels were bent from where the fork hit them. so I had to package it all back up and take it back to the store. I asked the worker if I could get a cart and help to unload it, only thing I got was “big carts are in lumber” then walked off....

Like the product & product features - adjustable shelves, cabinet locks, size of cabinet. Good price on it. Would recommend this product & would buy it again.
