Cheap quality and terrible support

Would Not Recommend

Came with a deformed handle won’t screw all the way down on left side , Sounds like an easy fix right? Went to the website….. don’t get me started…. Let’s just say it’s bad and leave it at that . Called support and each of us struggled to understand each other due to heavy accents from different countries. Support told me they aren’t responsible for unit until after 30 days and to return it back to Lowe’s . Not worth my time to pack up and drive 30 minutes each way. I can make it work I guess ...
