Worked great, than not so good.

Awesome for a couple of years. It began slipping when decent pressure was applied. I didn't abuse it, I have 1/2 and 3/4 drive tools for the big stuff. Tried taking it to Lowe's for a replacement and was told it was working fine? Annoying, but I guess I got a couple of years out of it.

Great Combination of Features

I bought this ratchet to complete my set of Craftsman 120-tooth ratchets. The Craftsman 120-tooth line has smaller heads and smoother operation with less backdrag compared to the newer 180-tooth models.

This ratchet was exactly what I ordered. The problem and the one-star rating are because I also ordered the 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch ratchet and those two items were CANCELLED. My Christmas present was then incomplete. Not happy.

Craftsman Ratchet & Lowe's

You can hardly go wrong with Craftsman tools & this ratchet is outstanding. Lowe's asked for a review, that;s it for the tool. However, if Lowe's looks at this, I would like to ask the big cheese why they cannot afford to let at least one employee be at the regular check out counter? I mean, they have employees running all over the store ... just one.
