Great product and customer service
This has been a fantastic product and great experience interacting with CASAINC. The product is very durable and is professional. My builder said the diverter was one of the highest quality he had seen. I did have a measurement issue with the shower handle - completely my own showers problem not this companies - but CASAINC was willing to substitute out the component for me to make this set all match. Nothing but a great experience and product here!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] W.O.W we installed the handheld and the rod so far and we will be installing the showerhead tomorrow but I can tell you this item definitely left me speechless! The water pressure that came out of this is AMAZING for such a small/medium size handheld it did the job right! The rain showerhead doesn't have a ton of pressure but I wasn't it expecting to, it's still super relaxing. The wand is great for more pressure to wash my hair. We have a pretty big oversized walk in shower and I love that the wand is adjustable on the bar, I can lower it to wash my dog and the hose to long enough to reach the whole shower to wash it.
