Not bright at all!
Hate this light too. Other reviews say it’s bright but it’s dreadfully dull! Walk into my room and it’s like a dungeon! I have it on “bright light” and it’s still sooo dark! What happened to ceilings fans being bright??? These new LED bulbs are just so depressing!

Frustrated
Extreme Frustration! Short down rod that was supplied requires extra purchase. The replacement down rod wiring causes excess wiring harness that cannot be hidden or stowed. Lack of instructions to replace new wiring harness. Company does not provide 24/7 support as advertised it is barely 8hrs / 5 days. Then only via email.

Great fan - quite, bright
I love the fan and how it works with it's app and ALEXA. The only down side to the fan is it uses a different down rod, so If you need a longer down rod order it when you order the fan. The down rods for these fans are non-standard comes with its own wiring harness.

Quality and a good value.
I have bought and installed two of these fans. I like that they have DC motors, are super quiet and are easy to install. The remote pairing was very easy. The led light is very bright but also dimmable.

Quick part replacement
One of the blade brackets was apparently was unusable (mis-manufactured) and after one quick phone call a replacement bracket was promptly sent and received within 3 days. A++++ customer service! Fan is now installed and everything is as advertised.
